Business has been fine and our virtual tours show well. Selling the house isn’t hard right now, but when the craze is over you will have to go back to marketing yourselves.
This has always been what I have tried to do for you. Every shoot and tour is posted to social media with your name included. I post to Linked In, FaceBook (multiple pages) Instagram, Pinterest, Google My Business, and Tweeted. I am also playing with a YouTube video of the property again.
This is time consuming and sometimes difficult. but making you successful makes me successful.
To get 2022 off and running I am currently offering Free floorplans if you order both the HDR Photography and a 3D tour (several styles to choose from including Matterport). I try to supply everything same day, but guarantee next day service. The Floor plans always take till next day, out of my control.

The secret to Social Media is repetition, getting YOUR NAME out there, over and over again. In a nut shell, the more times your name is indexed, the more important you are. For every property we shoot for you, your name will be added to these indexes at least 20 times, then the promoting you do only increases the occurrences.
